Viewing
You can arrange viewings on as many properties as you like, and we will endeavour to arrange these at times that suit you.
Application
Once you have decided on a property that you wish to rent, Arena will post/email you application forms to complete.
Deposit
To secure a property, a holding deposit is required which will prevent your chosen property being rented by someone else.
Reference
Once the application forms and holding deposit have been paid, we will carry out reference checks with various bodies as necessary.
Bond
The bond is taken as security, so that the property is returned in the same condition as when you first rented it, for further information please contact Arena Letting.
Moving in
A check in at the property will either be carried out by Arena Letting or the landlord. Full information will be given prior to your move in date.
